What to expect. On the Free plan, support is community and email, answered when we can, with no promised response time. On paid plans we publish a response time we aim for, the same on both. It is a target we hold ourselves to, not a contractual guarantee.

Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. For a receipt, an invoice, a card statement query or a refund of money paid, Paddle is the counterparty and the fastest route is the receipt Paddle emailed you. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
